Performance and Purpose

The device takes advantage of polyurethane elastomer characteristics of high elasticity and high strength characteristics to design the internal expansion and support device for pipe threading machines. When used, the conical extrusion ring is pulled, the expansion ring produces uniform radial deformation under the action of the conical extrusion ring, and this causes the inner wall of the steel tube to be expanded for the purposes of centering and tightening. The device has both type Ⅰ and Ⅱ.

Advantages

  1. Thepolyurethane elastomer has the advantage of high elasticity, high strength characteristics. 
  2. When the steel pipe is not fixed, there is a certain gap between the expansion ring and the steel pipe. It is easy for installation and dismantling. When the steel pipe is fixed, the expansion ring expands tightly with the inner wall of the steel pipe by the extrusion pressure of the expansion ring.
